How Giggity matches.
A worker is matched to a gig when they are in the gig's metro and have the required skills. They count as available unless they have blocked that time.
- Metro: the worker selected the gig's metro, and that metro is live.
- Skills: at least one required skill overlaps.
- Availability: the gig's start and end sit inside an available window and outside any blackout.
- Duration: the whole shift has to fit, not just the start.
- Require Verified: if an employer turns it on, only workers with a clear background check are matched.
- Ratings: scores from past gigs raise or lower a worker's rank. They do not block a match on their own.
